Option 1 :
The developer will give you a yearly 6% net rental income for the first three years that you own your property ie - £40,000 property price equals £2,400 yearly income.
Option 2 :
To qualify for this the buyer would need to pay a 50% deposit of the property price plus buying and legal costs, one month after signing the contracts. The basic property price must be no less than 50,000 Euros or £44,300 at an exchange rate of 1.13 This option is for key ready completed properties only.
Option 3:
